I have 4x kids, 3 still with us. We have a “make your own pizza” night maybe every other weekend. The kids love it. They get to be involved and create their own dinner. I make the dough, portion it out, shape it, and they go gangbusters. Great way to bring the whole family together and talk, have some fun.
Amen, get the kids involved, heck get their little fists in the dough.
Cane Rosso is a small dine-in pizza chain in Texas which uses 900 degree wood-fired ovens to finish their delicious Neapolitan pies in 90 seconds. They import their flour from Italy and even make their own mozzarella. It’s the best I’ve had. Try it if you’re ever in the area.
