I remember there was a program on television that featured a sting operation wherein pervs would drive for hours and arrive believing they could have sex with a 13 year old.

Once there, a news anchor would interview them and the police would arrest him. I was stunned how many were repeat offenders - they had been caught in the SAME STING operation in earlier months, different location but same news anchor and same arrests - compulsive evil?

I wonder if they also get hooked on the money they make and continue even if afraid to get caught in order to sustain the higher life style.

Lastly, I think these operations are networks that protect each other. Then one person gets caught and the network unravels after they had thought they were safe.

I guess normal people aren’t designed to understand this stuff. :/ Too sick to make sense.
