Many people forget what going into the 80s was really like. We had an ever present Soviet threat and interest rates to buy a house was in double digits. Reagan gave us eight years of hope, real hope, not the stuff Slick and Obummer were peddling.
Ronald Reagan prepared the way for us now. Can you imagine how difficult it would have been if Trump had to deal with TWO major super powers?

I remember it well. The High End Automotive Sales and Repair Biz took a hit as did Real Estate and those were definitely connected in My world at the time.

The 80s. Had a mortgage. As I relocated my company gave me a 10% mortgage. The going rate was over 16 percent!
