When you examine the pictures, it looks as though it was preplanned. There are several miles of very expensive fence approximately 10 feet above the concrete barrier with the same amount of razor wire atop it. The fence itself is very substantial and rigid, not simply chain link fence. The concrete barrier is fastened down to the pavement in order to prevent vehicle displacement according to the news report. That is also several miles of special barrier and fasteners for the same. This is not something that was spur of the moment. It had to be preplanned by the democrats. It looks as though there was some preplanning because they intended to suffer some backlash from their cheating during the vote. Looking at everything, I would say they cheated.
