I have to admit it is a nice drive from the IL border to Milwaukee. Smooth and fast, not that I would drive over the limit, for heavens sake.
On time and on budget with a Democrat administration in power. This doesn’t pass the smell test.
Wisc DOT and contractors did a pretty good job of keeping the traffic flowing through the I-94 construction zones [70 mph or better was possible].
