I don't know what "QAnon" or "Q Anon" is, only that there is Q and there are Anons.
The Q-Group are folks within the NSA with the highest intelligence clearance, formed to deal with the world-wide "deep state". Some that have close ties, but don't necessarily know themselves, have speculated the number of individuals in this Q-Group to be about 10 tops.
