I’ve been using this video from Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) to look for anomalies.
I have no idea if this is the same feed as everyone else has. probably is.
The photos you are showing are out of order. The twitter photo and your last photo comes first. The rest are after they make the turn back into the sunshine
If you watch this a tad, @5:35:10, the motorcade shows sunlight behind them and dark when they are in between buildings. Cowboy hat cops are in the picture.
@ about 5:36:10 the motorcade makes the turn out of the buildings and into the sunlight. Then look at 5:27:38 for anothr long view...

It’s looking like the larger parade was in Georgia and featured a fake motorcade with out of shape ‘SS’ actors.
The much smaller parade appears to have been in DC, based on the street address.
I’ll look at it again later.
