this is under biteme’s direction? what is different?
I can't see anything that is different. If you look at other USC's they state "those laws in effect on Feb. 5, 2021". I take that as stating "currently in effect". From a quick look it seems the last change (and not really a change) to this particular USC was 2019 when some budgetary items were approved. But, I'm no lawyer.
