Figuring he was 97 last year, he would have been born in 1923.
And would have been 7 years old and in grade school when Hoover was president.

It is a must read for anyone desiring a true rating on Presidents using the criteria of who really advanced the interests of the American people by the individuals fidelity to the Constitution and powers and limits to those powers of Presidents as delineated by the Founding Fathers.
Only two presidents, in the author’s opinion, deserve a perfect rating and they were/are Washington and Trump. Yes, Jimmy Carter was rated the worse President with a zero rating.
