If I were the president of Mexico, I would build a Trillion kilowatt natural gas powered electrical plant on the Southern border near San Diego and be ready to sell the power to California after they complete their insane efforts to eliminate all fossil fueled power.
They want everyone to drive electric cars. They don’t have the electrical grid to handle it. They’re going to have to import it.
