This is actually a good thing. I have been saying this for some time. Myself and at least 10 million others who have for decades voted for Republicans in DC are done voting. We have been led to believe we MUST vote for the lesser of two evils and that is simply not true. We always have the option to simply ignore DC races. Cast these worthless DC republicans out to sea without a paddle.
Notice I'm not saying don't vote at all. Just don't vote for any DC candidate. Instead focus all our time, money, effort and votes at the state level. Take over the politics in conservative states and nullify DC out of our lives.
So why would this be a good thing even for DC republicans? Because they know the voters are going to ignore them and they will lose their seat. They will see that they MUST produce results if they want their base to vote for them. If they don't then who cares we are going to make them irrelevant at the state level anyway.
