Sorry to break it to you. There aren’t. I’ve not heard of it. I live in a very conservative suburb in a very red state, and the other day I counted 3 Amazon vans before I got a mile from my house.
Love him or hate him, Bezos created an incredible company with incredible service.

Yes. Vendors are already moaning about it to other people close to them. The process will take some time, though, as many of the subscribers find other sources for whatever they want. Same with Google.
