I’ watching all vaccines with my very good friend who recently retired as a pharmaceutical company exec specializing in pharmaceutical meds for lungs. She got her degree in pharmacy from some xlnt school back East.

She is worried about vaccines currently used because they require two doses and need to be stored at 31 degrees below zero. Also because the supplies might run out before second doses administered. She says she’ll wait until April or May to decide.

I sent her a different article on Johnson and Johnson’s single dose that does not require rigid below-zero temps. Time mag article she and I found very very impressive:

Pfizer initially had 7 doses per vial. Because
of measurement problems this amount is officially 6 now.
I wonder about what the nature of their efficacy trials were
versus what is received now for a dose.
