I don't have the numbers with me right now but in California, Blacks make up perhaps 5% of the population? The average in USA is 13%.
Yet,the white liberal dems thought that the Hispanics would go along and vote for it... Were they shocked when it failed,,Hispanics said out loud why...They don’t need affirmative action and it was only to help the blacks...
