This is an excellent piece that backs up what is says. The opposition media simply dismisses it all out of hand. The lie about x number of courts “hearing the case” and tossing it is the ultimate canard. They heard nothing beyond arguments about process and standing - the merits were presented in the filings and entirely ignored by the courts who dismissed on technicalities.
