I agree. Only Trump and SecDef could order the NG to DC.

The DC NG was disarmed by the DOD, along with a long list of other constraints listed. NG troops from multiple states were sent into DC.

DC has been a prison since Jan 6 or so -- and it is fencing in the commies.
