In the same interview of Bigelow by Knapp, Bigelow described much about what had been going on at the Skinwalker Ranch. It sounded more like something demonic than extraterrestrial or alien (i.e., whatever it was was playing games and being impish—being the trickster).

Demonic visitation comes from some where/when into our spacetime coordinate system. The demonic realm IS extraterrestrial and has physicality in some coordinate system of space and time. And demons have been 'here' since the Garden of Eden, in one form or another.
