part of the training for LE was about “sexual perversions”. Mind you, this was back in the early 80’s. I don’t even remember all of it, but it was REALLY screwed up stuff. “piquerism” - where they derive sexual satisfaction from getting in crowds and poking people with needles. “frottage” - where they derive sexual satisfaction from getting into crowds and rubbing up against strangers. These are just two examples. There were MANY more. There are some truly “sick puppies” out there!
