I’ve got a rather interesting DVD. THE MEN BEHIND THE SUN about camp Manchu 731.
Don’t know how accurate it is but it is brutal.
That is -one- brutal movie.
Men behind the sun was very accurate according to some of the people that actually worked there and comparing eyewitnesses accounts (what few there were) . The director managed to get himself actual cadaver hands for the frostbite scene. Those were human arms.
Believe it or not ππ©π¦ ππ¦π― ππ¦π©πͺπ―π₯ π΅π©π¦ ππΆπ― is/was available (uncensored) on Youtube as is/was one of its sequels ππ’π³πΆπ΅π’ 2: ππ’π£π°π³π’π΅π°π³πΊ ππ§ π΅π©π¦ ππ¦π·πͺπ. Both films are extremely graphic, and some of the footage gruesome parts of the first film were used for the sequel. No movie has ever made me physically ill by merely thinking of it, but these two did the job.
Is that the one where they put one of the subjects in a pressure chamber and his eyes and intestines popped out?
If it is, I actually rented that one while IN Japan.
I was shocked they would have it since they still, to this day, deny it ever happened.
