Anyone who is not old enough to remember the 70’s or early 80’s has not idea what a good pizza really tastes like. Why? because no one seems to have made a good pizza since then.
The proper ingredients to make a good pizza seem to be too expensive to use, and in the proper quantities.

What you have today is a burrito shell with a thin splash of tomato soap. A smidgen of really cheap cheese. And a slight sprinkle of dried up tiny toppings(Which most people don’t even opt for). It does not taste much different then eating a slice of plain bread.

It is hard to get excited about today’s pizza. It seems that everyone has a sweet taste for Sh**

A great concept for a big selling pizza would be to call it “70’s Pizza” and make it accordingly.

I am not a pizza fan. Never have been. But....we have a friend that owns a pizza chain that makes the kind of pizzas you’re talking about. The crust is delicious and there is no shortage of toppings. They’re piled high. The pizzas them selves are kind of expensive but worth the price. They are a meal. I actually get hungry for Tony’s Pizza about once a month....and I don’t care for pizza.
