I saw that, but clouds and sun can come and go. I don’t know if it was that situation or overcast.

I saw that too. But was that just the angle of sun at Noon-ish in its southern declination due to it being January 20?. In order to not have any shadow at Noon it would need to be late June.

The overcast cold day was displayed on a cell phone by someone who filmed the newscasters on the platform with them while the swearing in was actually occurring. It is impossible for that bright sunny day in the broadcast to have been occurring at the same time those viewing it from the platform were filming a cold, grey overcast day and captured footage of about 100 people present. The spectators marveled that there must be something wrong - only 100 people. And wondered why they, and the news crews around them were required to be so very far from the inauguration. Fake footage of the 21 gun salute etc. It’s fake.
Thanks for that about the clouds/overcast. I assumed Biden refused the 21 gun salute because wimpy Dems hate things that are militaristic while I am attracted to such things.
I just wish Biden’s EO’s were fake, he’s already done great damage to citizens.
The morning of the 20th, the local radio station here had the ABC reporter in DC on several times and he commented about how cool it was with some rain early in the morning around daybreak. His reports corroborate the conditions shown by the news media on the roof some distance away.
