Has anyone here read any announcement about NotaPresident Biden’s State of the Union address being scheduled?The Constitution says The President will annually inform Congress about the state of the union - not the "President".
It's not on the Congressional Calendar.

The report is only required to be in writing. President’s began giving a verbal address early 1900’# and that has remained the norm, but I do not think it is mandatory.
