I wouldn’t characterize Ben Shapiro as a “never Trumper”. He is more of a “sometimes Trumper”: He’s supported Trump on a number of positions but has criticized him when he has done things that haven’t been helpful.

Ben stated that he didn't vote for Trump in 2016 nor did he vote for Hilary. He had moral qualms with both.

But, later stated Trump had proven him wrong and that he would vote for him in 2020. Ben has stated that President Trump's policies have been fantastic for the country.

GardenerForLife - You are correct, that is a more accurate characterization of his position than what I originally said.

My general reaction: Fellow conservatives, we have so many battles to fight, we need all hands on deck. Whatever your personal taste for Ben Shapiro's style, he is one of the good guys. I think he is worth listening to frequently, if not everyday. I know people are frustrated now, but I don't think it is wise to spend our energy on these threads talking down our fellow conservatives -- especially those that are really fighting for the truth.
