“Judge” Leahy absolutely will not allow any evidence from PDJT. Either he’ll outright deny it, or the members will silence every effort for Trump’s lawyers to speak, cutting them off mid-sentence in the first sentence.
I know that Giuliani, Bannon, etc., are counting on evidence being presented, because those are the rules. They don’t get that rules and the Constitution are moot now. How could they not know that?
If the evidence is not allowed to be presented Trump should buy full pages in every publication willing to sell him the space, laying it out. Radio and TV time, too. Twits and Fakebook are out, I presume. But the evidence must be displayed as widely as possible, so even the RATs can't deny it.
