The attorneys on both sides are milking this for all that it is worth. My parents have already spent twice what the scam artist gave them for a deposit on attorney fees. This has been going on for years now. The scam artist is hoping my parents will die from old age or Covid.
My heart breaks for them. An experience like this is quite an education on the whole justice system. I’ve had to deal, although mercifully on a smaller scale, and am now a pure cynic. Godspeed to them.
