We have had many deaths in our community.
They are not dying of covid.
They are going to the hospital for something else, the hospitals are not allowing family or spouses to be with them (in the name of covid) and as patients they do not have an advocate (hospitals are making decisions that family members would normally make).
These folks are dying of broken hearts.
I have a family friend who is a nurse. She says never, ever under any circumstances am I to stay in a hospital without her there.
