When I was very young, my parents were, in the words of my mom, poor as church mice. I remember Brew 102 as what my dad brought home. So I guess they really were. Funny thing is, I don’t remember feeling poor. I guess it was all our white privilege.

my old man worked for the old Pac Tel & Tel, uncle who bought the brew 102 was LAPD. this was in the 60’s
