I had an Alaska Cruise set with Norwegian for this past June with my long term GF. I paid for it at the end of 2020. She and I were unable to go because Norwegian cancelled the cruise and refused a refund. They offered a reschedule only.

My physician has instructed me to NOT get the China Virus vaccine because of a medical condition I have and not enough is known about the vaccine's impact on people like me.

If Norwegian demands vaccination to cruise, does that mean I'm screwed out of my half of the more than $6,000 I paid to go to Alaska via them with my GF? They refused to refund me in mid 2020 when our cruise was cancelled.

This is getting to be lawsuit territory against Norwegian if so.
