Schilling got 71.1% of the votes--some of the voters are refusing to vote for him because of his political views.
Meanwhile the flyin' Hawaiian, Shane Victorino, got zero votes in his first year on the ballot. I didn't realize he had been retired long enough to be on the ballot.

Lot’s of exceptional players kept out due to performance-enhancing drugs (that’s fine with me); one kept out due to political correctness (that’s not).
Nice to see Mark Buerhle cross the 5% threshold; now if only the veteran’s committee would do right by Minnie Minoso.
