Have you tried this yet Ace? I installed it on Mint 20. I builds a local server and database for you with a local webscript installed. Important note... During set up it asks if you want it HTPPS or HTTP as protocol. In this step it also shows the URL path to were it will be found local with your chosen browser to connect later. MAKE NOTE of that URL path while you are there, because it is almost impossible to find where it is later after it is installed. :)
