Never tried Tapatio before. I like Cholula on eggs. Franks or Texas Pete for wings and most anything else that needs a splash of vinegar and heat. Not a fan of Tobasco, too vinegary.

All good with eggs except Franks which is the main ingredient in buffalo wings.

Use it by the liter. Cheap, red, or black label. Injected into turkey before deep-frying! I did turkeys with and without same T-day, the with turkey went fast and is now my standard.
