An inflated 10 fold increase would give you about ~40k actual deaths which would make it right in with the normal pneumonia - flu deaths which wouldn’t change actual yearly death rates much anyway (which they haven’t changed much) because it’s just another variant of COVID.
It’s all BS anyway and like the normal pneumonia - flu deaths, folks with underlying conditions and are older are more susceptible. That’s nothin new either just common sense.
Kind of like going to certain parts of liberal cities after dark.. you’re just asking for it if you do.
That's an increase of 436,257 overall deaths in the US. And it's in a year where doctors and nurses around the country are saying they're overwhelmed at times with patients suffering from a new disease, with many deaths.

Influenza virus and SARS-CoV-2 are not even remotely related. They're as similar as humans and snails. They're both viruses; that's it. But you're right that flu deaths don't have much impact. Influenza accounts for an average of 36,000 deaths in the US each year. Source
