Normally, I would agree with you. The fact that names and pictures have not been released is usually a tip-off that the accused belong to a racially ‘protected’ class. However, given the very young ages of the suspects, it is possible that identification is being withheld because of their age rather than because of their race. It depends on what Louisiana law is concerning juvenile offenders.
