Who is Dr David E Martin?
I’ve been asking around about him. No ine gave me an answer yet. Tried duckduckgo with little luck over the weekend.

He talks about patent plagiarism being over 30% in 1999. I suspect that ties in with Chinagate. Intellectual piracy. And the patenting of covid ( which apparently means genetic engineering). He says that covid is easy to modify genetically.

Apparently there is enough trending that old reports are surfacing in DuckDuckGo now.
USA Today tried to discredit him with a headline starting with “fact check”. Very informative about his claims and bio.
“This theory is explained by David E. Martin, credited as a national intelligence analyst, founder of IQ100 Index and self-proclaimed developer of “Linguistic Genomics” with a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia.”
Note the hostile phrasing.
BTW... a FoxNews reporter largely backs him up now with similar research. But not covid specifically. Ties Fauci with genetic engineering of viruses tested in human tissue in Wuhan. Not much of a leap to conclude it was germ warfare research.
Steve Hilton emphasises that Fauci was “the champion” of this program. They avoid the term “genetic engineering” but their play on words means the same thing.
Also it was specifically “respiratory” infection. The ferret virus was modified to be airborne. They found two kinds in caves and merged them. Note that covid is vulnerable to sunlight.
