Multitudes of ways, most of them valid.
It is a good defense for me that I have absolutely nothing to lose. It’s harder if you have assets!
I just cheerfully deny any false accusations. Ignore the few that insult me in person. I help with the email campaign too - I’ve gotten just one nasty email back and I just removed them from the list as requested and let it go.
For this campaign I am not really trying to convince anybody. If they like the way California is being run they are simply too dumb or doctrinaire to convince. I believe most Californians are horrified at the extent of the lockdown, the wildfires, the legalization of crime, the indulgence of riots, the incredible financial excesses, the anti business atmosphere, etc. they just need to know where to sign.

I appreciate that, I try to do the same.
But there seems to be a wall created by institutional actors/factions that the individual has no way to overcome.
It is overwhelming.
