That unfortunately was the next stage. After cutting off people who would have engaged in activism, they then pushed urgency and incitement. The communication method was NLP (neuro linguistic programming) where they leave blank spaces to lure the reader/listener into filling the blank spaces with the reader/listener's own beliefs/prejudices etc.
