Will call the vet tomorrow,. She is very disoriented. This is one of the hardest decisions of my life.
Sorry about the vvaity.

Don’t apologize! We recued a Pug 11 years ago, along with a Chug another Pug and a Beagle. Bugsy was our muse....he was my little fatty, he was smarter than my Hub and I because he was a sneaky little dude.....then in the last couple of weeks he lost his ability to walk.....pinched nerve, born with a bad leg from the start plus his weight probably took it’s toll on his back and hips. We worked with him, got one of those scooters but he couldn’t walk on his front legs so our other Pug with the arthritic spine is using it. Bugsy started to lose his ability to urinate and we used suppositories to help him move his bowels. We took him to the vet and he told us he’s not going to get any better and with the failure to be able to urinate that was going to cause problems. With heavy hearts like we’ve never experienced we decided to put him down.....he went easy in our arms with us telling him how much we loved him but our grief is indescribable. I’ve always told friends and family to think of the wonderful life they gave their lost pet and I know we give our babies the best but somehow that doesn’t help. We’ll get over it (maybe) but one thing’s for sure it takes a special kind of love to let them go......we couldn’t put him through what was about to happen so we made the decision. Biff I’ll be praying for you and your baby and for the strength to make this very hard decision. Please let us know how it goes. God bless and give you comfort.....;(

The kindest thing you can do is to let them go. I had to several times. Although it was a hard decision after it was done I had peace because my sweet pet was finally at peace. I am one of those believing my pets will be waiting for me on the other side
