“2020 Registered voters = 213,799,467 vs population = 329081871 at registration. (seems kind of high - 64.9% of the population is registered to vote ???)”
Does that population number have the underage population subtracted? I think the under 18 population is around 74 million?
“Hope this helps (I know, the editorial was more than you asked for...)”
It helps a lot and and the editorial was just fine. The math is like shoving square pegs in round holes, it just doesn’t add up. I guess that’s where common core math comes it.
“2020 Registered voters = 213,799,467 vs population = 329081871 at registration.

This number includes people signed up by third party groups (usually lib) that are homeless, illegal, underage etc.
It also includes people who just were passing through from another state, but were told to sign up to support whatever liberal cause the group was promoting.
Add to that those registered at previous addresses, and in other states (think Georgia).
