Well, I don't know if anyone commented about the part where Joe slid a folder toward Kamaltoe and said "take this to the President" at 38 seconds in. It sounds like someone uttered an f-bomb right after that.
This reminds me of when Zer0bama said he'd like to be the guy in sweats, directing the show from the basement (paraphrasing).
If Joe had an earpiece, and Zer0 was speaking to him in it, then Joe could easily have gotten confused (more than usual) about who is supposed to be the President. No?

I hear the same thing clearly on my iPad Pro.
I guess he at least knows that someone other than him is President.
He hasn’t lost ALL of his marbles yet.
