d-mannose

It’s a non-metabolizing sugar that gobbles up all the bacteria when it gets to the bladder. Completely natural. Can’t hurt you, just helps. You can increase dosage as needed, slack off when you feel better.

It also helps to watch the metabolizing sugar in your diet. That feeds the bacteria if it’s still in the bladder, which is what happens when you can’t metabolize all of it.

I’m not a medical professional, I just have used this and it worked.

I see someone else mentioned it too.

And some people said cranberry juice. Good too, but don’t use any with sugar in it. I think d-mannose is better.
