Based on a UTI I had it’s painful enough that you go to DR right away and the cure is FAST.

My Business partner had to become a caregiver for her Mother who was in a dementia mode and everything went into a another state of things

Many people are just to damn afraid to go to the hospital now because of CV19 the damn media has half the population scared to death. I BLAME the media for a hell of a lot of deaths going on right now people not seeking medical attention when needed!! Just chalk the deaths up to Covid!! Not necessarily. About 20 years ago I had one that presented with fever and chills. There was none of the usual pain. I thought I had the flu. When I finally got to the ER the doctors told me that if I had delayed for a few more hours they don’t think they could have saved me. And I was young and healthy.
