Contrary to the hopes of libertarians, I believe the minimum wage is here to stay. It's something the Dems dangle in front of the poor after market conditions have already set the wage. If not, businesses will just raise prices to pass on to customers, thus causing inflation.

I am in favor of limiting the income of all government employees, including the Congress, to a certain multiple of the minimum wage. In that way, Congress couldn't raise its own salary without raising the salary of everyone else.

There is no point becoming either cannon fodder in a civil war in the ME, or being used to suppress fellow citizens under the propaganda that protesting a stolen election is somehow an "insurrection".
