What about folks that have already *had* COVID? Why not set up crews and take those as passengers?
There have got to be enough folks that there is a business model that works.

Assuming you actually had it the first time, maybe. If so, then most likely the vaccine wouldn’t be helpful either.

The comments about the immunity being short, as I recall, were based on not knowing, not it being known to be so.
