No contradiction, in the case when God’s word is recorded as “I was going to, but now I will not and will do this instead”, demonstrating His free will. This has to do with things that God never said in the first place.

This has to do with things that God never said in the first place. That is true so why do people use it as some exact certain test, when they have no clue as to if God changed his mind or there is some unspoken condition. Now do you undestand the foolishness of using it in that way?
