I take it that you have been prior military?
The reason I said it, is because many of us understand how things work (and appreciate those of us whom have served and have had boots on the ground.. we understand the good from the bad.. and understand having brain matter of our buddies that we trained with plastered on the side of out face (and/or any other part of our BDUs (or whatever they call it anymore)..).
In the Air Force, I was flight-line, so pretty much all we had to worry about was snipers and mortars.. When I switched to Army, we were taught that after we fire the first shot, we had 13 seconds before we were pinpointed, and to expect to be attacked in under a minute by counter-fire.

And to DariusBane, I honestly don’t know the standards for today’s military, but when I went in, we had to take a test called ASVAB. The USAF was the hardest to get into..
Not saying any of us were ‘smart’, but we at least had to know how to tie our own shoes... (and so much more).

In all of these clips, from all sources I have seen, the sound is so poor no one listening can actually hear biden at all. That leaves just the inserted subtitle, the authorship of which is unknown.
Maybe the subtitle is correct. Maybe it is not.
