IMDb also has it spelled as “Amenguale.” The spelling on the wall assignment board might be in error. His deskplate (which he should have) should settle how it is spelled. I can’t remember if it was spelled with or without the “e.”
IMDb is edited through a process that can be described as “Wikipedia with moderation”; and thenwhen people edit Wikipedia, they often look to IMDb for information (despite IMDb *not* being recognized as a reliable source under Wikipedia rules).
I found a better source for the spelling. The Encyclopedia of Television Shows, 1925-2010, 2d ed. (2014) states that the character’s bame was Chano Andngual: https://books.google.im/books?id=YX_daEhlnbsC&pg=PA76&lpg=PA76&dq=chano+amengual&source=bl&ots=R5xDlkUL9w&sig=ACfU3U2fFL-vjuxgYDZ_5JafTsfYyfX3kA&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjvufX45LPuAhUO01kKHZJyDPwQ6AEwA3oECAkQAQ#v=onepage&q=chano%20amengual&f=false
