Interesting, seems to imply a license isn't valid while trespassing which I wasn't aware of. No reason I should I suppose but hunting without a license might be the most serious of the charges.
It sounds to me like the guy did have a valid hunting license but if he was hunting on private property, he needed a permit from the property owner.
With that being said, if this was the fourth time he's been busted he should have had his hunting and fishing privileges revoked for a few years prior to this one. But then again, I doubt that would have stopped him from hunting anyway...........
I've become addicted to that cable program North Woods Law.......If that had been available when I was a young kid, I would have probably looked at a career in game management.......
Based on his history, this guy needs to do some jail time........
I’m territorial enough that it’s the “hunting on someone else’s land without permission” part that pisses me off.
