Only one way to resist...That is via the economy. I dont see a fighting, blood-shed type war ahead, but I can see a tax revolt or a slowdown of the economy through not purchasing etc.

Venezuela, and every Communist regime going back to the USSR's NEP shows that an economic withdrawal/revolt against political tyranny is ineffective.
