Maybe. If the democrat Chinese owned Bidenistas loose the civil war will biden/harris/pelosi/? still be president?

This is uncharted territory, beyond the scope of the Constitution.
My guess is the military will run things temporarily while franticly trying to dump this tarbaby back onto the civilian sector. That would probably end up with an election in 2024, if for no other reason than to quickly restore a sense of normalcy.
But that is just a guess, as is temporary military rule.
