Sweetie I wish we were there on the ground to actually see what's being built. Remember the White House Picture I posted a couple days ago with a BRIGHT light on outside the White House...and possibly the light was on top of a cherry picker? I'm thinking perhaps they were working at night too on this structure. Some comments on twitter mentions it looks like a pre-fab jail. Then people are making fun of the comments. Some trying to say the structure isn't there but its seen on Live Cam Earth.

Unless I am mistaken, this structure is the Inaugural Parade Presidential Reviewing Stand put up every presidential election in Lafayette Park. In the bottom right of the screen, the statue of Lafayette upon his horse can be seen. The structure is within the park’s footprint directly across the street from the White House.

The workers are disassembling the structure.

This is the now infamous location from where Big Mike was captured by a camera mouthing the words “All this for a damn flag?”, and the Kenyan usurper caught on the same camera nodding in agreement.

I think the press has all of the top floor to themselves.
